Is ground meat the same as mince meat ? It's just I watched a different video once where they made kofta and the meat was very Finley grounded because the person had his own machine. Is shop bought minced meat good enough to use ? I don't have a blender at home 🙈

My grandma use to add cinnamon to the beef kefta, I don't know if with lamb it will work too.
