Love these 100k videos, glad that you made one too! It took me 2.5 years to reach my 100k but then the last few days of the market rollover has made me dropped 5% - 8%. This is healthy though, Looking over my YTD, I'm still up by a substantial amount.
This is very true guys, 10 years ago I was very poor I was 19 with no hope for studying college no one to support me what so ever , I decided to get rich , and i found out that i need 250k$ to be able to invest and reach millions and i knew it was super hard I grinded my ass off day and night and after 10 years of hard work and alot of fails i reached my impossible goal of 250k$ .. 6 months ago Now I have 320k$ which is insane for someone like me .. Next year with how everything is going I should get 1m and in 5 years it should be 100m I know u guys thinking this is funny or insane but so my friends and family thought when i told them im gonna get that 250k And trust me .. 100m is way easier than 250k from nothing
A concept I struggle to understand is that with the ever growing inflation and value of money, how can we be sure that the millions compounded will be worth the same in 30 years time?

Hi John we are about to migrate to the US with roughly 30k usd what is your advice we should do? Should we invest that immediately or just use it as an emergency fund? I’m currently at $182k annually. UnfortunatelyI just started looking into index funds. I do have a pension and a Roth 401k but at my current age I’m wondering how much more I can invest to achieve 1 million plus. I have a little less than 25 years to achieve these goals.
Depends on your goals. Personal finance is... personal. Do math backwards from your goals. E.g. goal to have $100,000 in 5 years, if starting from 0 then most will be from contributions, so will be about $20,000 per year saved (more or less pending if good or bad market years). The point of this video though is it will take less of your own contributions to get higher return as reinvestments payoff compounding over years/decades.
I lost over $70k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Natalie Strayer

This video is moronic. Isn't it obvious that your money earns more when you have more invested? No magic here. Just simple math. 10% return on 100k is obviously less than 10% on 200k

I didn't feel like it was drastically quick after 100,000, but 200,000 I feel it was more noticeable

i will put 50% of my income to DGA once i aggressively pay off my student loans. my plan projects me to reach 100k in about 5-7 years from now.
I just did last month I’m 43. Wish I started earlier. I still don’t know what to do though.

What is your Roth IRA invested in if not index funds? Make sure you’re putting that in something diversified with low fees
