I retired in 1983 from Border security Force GOI, as Deputy commandant Gazetted officer of central govt In 1983 the pay scale was 1250-50 1800.Hence mt pension was fixed Rs 400/ pm in 1990 I got my Cghs card with validy for full life.And ward entitlement was "General" Ward According to 7 pay commission my pension has been fixed for Matrix 11 with pay band of Rs 67000/ - 2,05,000/ The hospital entitlement for this pay grade is special ward. How can I change my ward entitlement "General" To " Special ward"
Sir you have to opt from your HQ channel , authorisation is given in 7 cpc rule book , and on the basis of that it will be urgraded to higher facilities.

Sir do we get compensated only as per rate list? For eg. If a CT scan costs 6000 but the rate list says 2000 so do we have to pay the remaining 4000 ourselves?
Yes, better go for refrrel of doctor and always ask to provide things initially as per cghs

My brother is dependent on my father and he is handicapped he was getting benefits from CGHS till my father was alive now father has died and CGHS card is not valid as per CGHS employees dependent should get pension then only he will get cghs card we have submitted all documents for concern department it will take minimum 6 month to avil the pension so patient will die without treatment since he is kidneys patients and having 3 dailies in week and handicapped
If documents of pension are under preparation, you can avail the facilities as per rule, till the time card is prepared, the employee or dependent can attend the CGHS facility as per previous entitled class,

Yes, amounts are fixed for all treatment as per cghs rates, that only can be claimed and passed

Sir , Does CGHS cover full knee replacement or only cover some percentage , I was told that current knee replacement claim is rs 126000, please also clear that is it for one knee or both
You can check for its refer from.cghs attached with , most probably they can provide you with full reimbursement

If she is govt employee, you can not add her as beneficiary.

Being in job she can't be your beneficiary, but I suggest you add her in your dependent, then process the things for cghs plastic card, this card is valid all over India,

Yes, definitely, ajkl sbhi ka separate plastic card bnta hai, apply kro , as per entitlement you can utilise the CGHS facility

I am living in howrah, how can I avail cghs facilty as howrah is not listed in cghs cities.
You can opt for medical in hospital near by enlisted in cghs, and you can ask for cghs from dept where near by CGHS dispensary is present.

As per conditions if your pension is not above 9000 per month, you can be the dependent of your son, then you can take the benifit of your son.
Phle apko dependent hona pdega , mtlb dept me registered, fir ap apna bhi card bnwa k benifit le skte h .
And with respect, being senior , don't call me sir, apne bhut ache se apna tenure complete kiya h , it's a matter of grt honour to complete the service .

In such condition she can't go to CGHS wellness center or office and she can't do signature... So can she get a CGHS card if yes so what will be the procedure stepwise and what documents requires...

Online you need to fill cghs form for card, get it attest , attach copy of adhar card and pension slip ,
Within 20 to 30 days , the card will be received after final submission of your form in cghs centre near you.
She need not to move anywhere, just need her sign and adhar, you can go the centre and submit the form.

१) sir first attempt me ssc je kese clear kru, me bhi Mechanical branch ka he hu. Kuch strategy btaiye sir.. tech and non tech kese prepare karu....aur coaching jau ya nahi...abho meri kuch bho preparation nhi h.
२) sir hum koi se bho dept. mile toh hume kisi particular jagah par kitne time work krna hoga,jisle bad hum apne home state me transfer le sake.
Go through my video of ssc je preparation strategy. There I have explained everything.
Try to cover the whole syllabus before exam and the most importantly the objective question and mock test with timer.
Central dept has a policy of posting after 3 yrs if you are doing or holding any sensitive post. And if you have cleared the exam with high score and there are some offices in your state of that particular dept then you might get home state posting as it is being asked at the time of document verification

Just take her card to near by cghs centre and if facility for her treatment is not available at the center, then ask the doctor to refer the case to near by cghs approved super speciality centre, there you can avail the facility. For any discussion msg me in telegram channel

भाई साहब किसी भी हस्पताल में पेसैंनट लेकर जाओ तो पहले सारे टैस्ट कराओ वो सी जी एच एस रेट पर करा लेते हैं। फिर हस्पताल में दाखिल करने के नाम पर रूम नहीं है। ज्यादातर हस्पतालों में यही पोजिशन है। अगर डा चाहेगा तो दाखिल करेगा। तुरन्त कोई इलाज नहीं मिलता है। यह शिकायत हमारी है। पारस हस्पताल, ओजस दोनो पंचकुला में हैं। जो पैनल पर हैं। कैश लैस सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं मिल रही है। अमर जैंसी में भी हस्पताल में रूम नहीं मिलता है। फिर उन टैस्ट का क्या फैदा है। आप कहीं भी जाओ।

Sir meri wife ka c section delivery maine emergency mai private hospital se karwayi thi mere total room charges, medicines, doctor visit charges, operation, anesthesia charges milake 50000 tak lge the but mujhe cghs wale just 13500 de rhe hai ye bolke ke ye cghs ka c section ka package rate hai.... To abhi mai kya karu.... Because there is a huge difference between 50000 and 13000

Your mother is a dependent of your father. She can avail cghs facility.
If the facility is not available in cghs dispensary you can avail it in any other cghs approved hospital.
