CGHS is only suitable for basic treatments. If you have a serious problem that needs delicate surgery, no competent doctor will accept CGHS rates. CGHS sets low prices for treatments at their affiliated hospitals, so most top private hospitals actively discourage CGHS cardholders throughout the entire treatment. I found this out the tough way when I was trying to get the best care for my father. That's why I invested in a solid private health insurance plan for my parents, to avoid this same situation again.
Not at all..., my experience is very good.., infact I typed this message from Apollo hospital, someone from my family admitted here..., I had experienced Aakash hospital, Max hospital and Manipal hospital also..., all the experiences was superb..., if it this will happen again u r free to complain at CGHS website..., May be u faced the bad experience but it is a nice plan in such a low price...,

Moreover, it's been a month since we last reached out to the CGHS with our complaint, and despite following up a couple of times, we have yet to receive any response. It's rather perplexing why the behavior of hospitals seems to change when they hear the mention of CGHS. In my experience, two such hospitals are SANTOKBA DURLABHJI MEMORIAL HOSPITAL and SR KALLA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, both of which are renowned for their excellence in gastro-surgery.

I import it from Switzerland through an NGO Novertis free of cost. But in 6-7 months it will be available in India but it will cost 3lakh per month. Will CGHS card cover that? Please do reply Sir. 🙏🙏

No, it is not necessary CGHS is for all over India..., just go to hospital in emergency and Aakash dwarka is empanelled with CGHS...., so all CGHS rates applied there...., then go to CGHS centre in next 2-3 days (in dwarka 21 nearby) and tell the situation..., after that the CMO give u the permission..., the only thing needed to provide is emergency certificate, which u collect from Aakash hospital..., not too lengthy process..., for any further information please contact me at avengersofsscmaths@gmail.com And don't forget to subscribe and share my videos...

Full reimbursement is possible if u go to empanelled hospital..., Otherwise u got as per govt rate..., May be I am wrong so please refer to CGHS rule book.

I have recently joined as PA in Kerala but my family is in Delhi. My father had a heart attack few months back and the best hospital nearby is Akash in Dwarka. Could you please tell me in case of emergency how can I admit him into the same hospital and get the reimbursement. Trainer here told me that they should be in Kerala for treatment.
No, it is not necessary CGHS is for all over India..., just go to hospital in emergency and Aakash dwarka is empanelled with CGHS...., so all CGHS rates applied there...., then go to CGHS centre in next 2-3 days (in dwarka 21 nearby) and tell the situation..., after that the CMO give u the permission..., the only thing needed to provide is emergency certificate, which u collect from Aakash hospital..., not too lengthy process..., for any further information please contact me at avengersofsscmaths@gmail.com

Full reimbursement is possible if u go to empanelled hospital..., Otherwise u got as per govt rate..., May be I am wrong so please refer to CGHS rule book.

Yes..., Consumables are chargeable but it doesn't cost 16,000/- it hardly costs 800-1000..., Lodge a grievance or CP-GRAM in government CP-GRAM portal..., Or complain to Addl. Directorate of CGHS

No need of that..., unhe koi idea nhi hai..., CGHS valid for all over India... Infact I am from Mumbai and my mother operation had been done in Delhi and I claimed all bills and bills are reimbursed also..., unhe boliye plzzz follow the guidelines...,
