Tamiya - Jagdpanzer IV/70 ( A ) 1/35 ( Building - Final )

This is the Final part of building the Jagdpanzer IV/70 ( A ) fom Tamiya in 1/35. In the model i changed the Gun Barrel with metal from Aber . I drilled the 2 front support mounts and cylidrical mounts to support the side shields, the gun mantlet and all tool clamps. I put the cable in the headlight and the weld beads in exhausts. In the end i will replace the tracks with workable from T - Rex Studio.

G'day - nice clean build.👍👍 The only thing that Tamiya have omitted is the C-hook holder (which sits on the engine deck next to the jack). Looking forward to seeing what scheme you do. Cheers 👍

Hi Michael . Can you describe the exact place of C - hook holder in the Jagdpanzer IV ( A ) ? I'm happy you like the Jagdpanzer and thanks for your comment.

@@FTModelsGreece Going by my "Achtung! Panzer" references it sits on the engine deck parallel to the jack and engine vent. Panzermeister36 also mentions it in his build of the Dragon version (ua-cam.com/video/QQtcwBTGYFg/v-deo.html&ab_channel=Panzermeister36) at the 13:56 mark or Bruce the Model Noob (ua-cam.com/video/k2MjkvFiC4U/v-deo.html&ab_channel=BruceTheModelNoob) has a good shot of the clamp at the 5:05 mark. Hi Michael and thanks for the info. You refer in the book of Heinz Guderian. I can't find real photos of C - hook holder in the rear deck of Jagdpanzer ( A ). Hobby boss ( Tristar ) - Tamiya - Dragon and Border they don't show anywhere these hook.
