Oh, course, it's delicious, Johnny! YOU cooked it!😁 Great looking fish filets!😋😋😋
😂 I actually edited that part out… but put it back in, why not! Thanks Kevin.
@@Viewtoagrill where it belongs!
Looks good Johnny! But I’m Catholic, I’ve had enough fish for awhile. 😂😂😂
I know what you mean. My seafood videos come out during Lent. Take care Catholic bro!
Coming from instagram had to see how you really cooked up this fish. Cheers for Friday fish days 8)
Hey Judyann! It is the season for fish Fidays. I actually eat seafood throughout the year... because I live on the Texas Gulf Coast, and seafood is literally all around me. LOL.. Take care I hope you enjoy.
It's about time to catch some fish for the pit. Thanks for the video. I work with your nephew Miguel & just bought a Slow 'N Sear Travel Kettle. Have a good one. JK Kemah Texas
Awesome!
Man thats a tasty looking Piece of Fish brother -
Thanks Big D.
Great job! I'm going to do this rub for sure.We eat a lot of fish!
Thanks Mike.
What type of fish was that? Red snapper? Looks delicious! 😋
Yes it was. I don't catch them myself but I do buy them fresh from Katies' on Galveston Island.
Beautifully done! That fish looks fantastic👍😊
Thanks Bobbi!
Tasty looking fish fillets, Johnny! Cheers 🍺
Thanks!😊
Thanks for another great video. Also thanks for the bent long nosed pliers idea. I bought a pair after watching that video and have been meaning to thank you . They work much better than a grill gripper for most things and are useful for other things as well.
You are welcome PB.
The fish looks really good. Cheers, Johnny! 👍🏻👍🏻✌️
Thanks 👍 Dwayne.
Looks good! You should do a fish taco video!
Thanks! I have a fish taco video that I posted around this time last year.
Also, don’t you get pieces of charcoal stuck in the grill’s ash sweeper? If I use lump, that’s what happens. Then, those caught slivers of charcoal mess up the ash sweeper. This is one reason I only use briquettes.
Hey Odom, when I shake out the SnS only the small pieces get sifted out. To keep those pieces from getting caught up… I sweep the ash sweeper in a slow motion in order to give the larger pieces of lump time to fall through the vents. If u go to fast the will get caught up.
@@Viewtoagrillgood to know. Thanks! Based on that tip, I am going to try using lump again.
I’m going to try this method. I’m sorry, I tried to identify the funnel & jar you used on your list of products, but I failed. What’s that called?
Here is what I use. I am not totally happy with the jars because spice does get caught between the inside of the lid and the jar after use.

Good to know. I bought them! Thank you!
Actually use a little bit of plumbers tape around the threads and that helps a lot
Looked good !!
It was! Thanks Skip!
Looks great! However, if u can coarse ground some carom seeds, caraway seeds and coriander seeds and add that to the fish... it will take ur flavours a notch up! Please do try!
Sounds good. I will try it… I have all of those in my pantry.
