There are a couple of reasons why Arizona doesn't have tall buildings. The close proximity to the Airport is one reason. Residence would complain that they are blocking the mountains. The downtown area lost most of its population to the suburbs in the 1970's so there was no development. That may change in the foreseeable future as the astra is close to construction.
WOW ....I thought Phoenix was FULL of homeless ? Where are they ? Didn't see any I lived there in 2010 and liked Phoenix a lot Dod security outside in the summer and never bothered me in 115f temps, you just don't sweat it's so dry ! LOT better than 95f and 90% humidity in Florida !
I am up in Prescott and I was thinking of doing a tour on my Ebike up in the mountains all I have is an iPhone 14 Pro. I want to figure out how to do proper videos because I do have a UA-cam channel.

you needs something that can stabilize the video. In the beginning I used my iPhone but it was too shaky.
