His subconscious attraction to his English tutor is what made him head to Levi's house. He's slightly oblivious to his own attraction but in part 3 they start to realize their feelings for each other while Levi helps Eren come to terms with his decision to come out.
(SPOILER) I thought about the time where Levi and his squad were getting chased by the female titan.Levi said 'The only thing we're allowed to do is to believe that we won't regret the choices we made' and it was at the part where Levi 'yelled' at Eren for regretting his choice
