Hey Derek,
This day 11 and I'm watching the whole playlist of this Irish walk.
You should know that another person has been thoroughly enjoying your walking adventure.
Thanks for taking us along.
Greetings from the Netherlands.
I’m watching this playlist can’t wait to watch the current walk he is on
Really enjoyed this video and the lady singing @ 10.52 mins. Great to see current
ecent videos. You'll have to get a guitar.
Very enjoyable video.Wonderful.Many Thanks..
That's a beautiful spot to spend the night
One of my favourite wild camps Barry !
@@DerekCullenOutdoors I felt a pang of envy when I saw it. Then you said how far you’d walked to get to it!!
I grew up in Belfast during the worst time ever but now I live in the country with little people around me I must say I miss the city , but love the country it’s a catch 22
Passed you on the road coming out of Kinvara that day. Only spotted you in the rear view mirror tucked in off the road, after I'd pass ya. The N67 isn't a nice road for walking, but you definitely took the right turn off. Hope you went on to Corcomroe Abbey, not too far from where you camped.
Ha really. That is a crazy road but the only way through at the time. Cheers 😋
Do you ever meet any guard dogs roaming there garden walking them country lanes? Just something that popped into my head lol... I hope not
Wonder if anyone sees the holy grail reference 😁
Haha I’m sure they did - loads of people commented on that on Facebook !
Love the music and the scenery in this video, your videos are UA-cam's best kept secret 👍
Love your videos so much. Such a unique vibe, engaging but calming. I find them almost therapeutic. Thanks for sharing your journeys and thoughts with us.
Beautiful castle, love your vlogs😍happy trails
Thanks very much Summer :)
Lovely seeing this episode Derek. That castle looks amazing. Unfortunately my long walk didn't go as planned as I sprained my toe before I even got to start the adventure, but there's always next year.
Unlucky my friend, maybe replace that hike by focusing on something else 👍👍
@@DerekCullenOutdoors I've been focusing on making some stardew valley content and creating a few lists for future content creation. Deffo will also focus on exercising and preparing for the hike when I'm well and able to.
Hey Derek - I’m loving your channel, it’s great! It’s clear that you benefit from the healing power of nature, whether that be physically, mentally or spiritually (or all three). I’m the worlds greatest procrastinator but you’re inspiring me to get of the settee and go for a hike tomorrow in the local forest. Happy trails! Scott
Fantastic view getting up to in the morning great video Derek
It was perfect and very calm Dean :)
Brilliant tour of that castle often passed it and ment to pay it a visit. Enjoying your walks.
That is exactly the song I hear in my mind when I think of these places in Clare! Thanks.
Me too. Love the song !
my go to song is The Cliffs of Dooneen by Planxty
Cracking spot to end up in after a very long walk. Nice spot to cool your heels. Hopefully it wasn't too windy.
Good old tune that 'Song for Ireland' :D
What a great episode! I laughed for the Monty Python reference!
Just wondering what is the song at 11:00
Awesome
Is nature gods gift.
How ya me ould flower, heading to Sligo on the 18th of July going to do the cycle route coastal road Sligo to Galway I have six days off ,I will be bivvying it along the way,do you know any spots I can bivvy, cheers
I'm really enjoying this adventure. Your videos keep getting better and better. Blessings to you on your way!😊
Class stuff derek. Only wish I could do something like it. Maybe in a few years when I get rid of the kid 😃
Never would have picked that you grew up in the city! It's great that you've had- and continue to have- such insightful thoughts about Nature and lifestyle. If more people got out and spent more time in nature they'd start to see things differently too, I think. I know not everybody has the opportunity to, of course, but that's part of what saddens me; we humans have manufactured and locked ourselves into a way of life that's so unnatural and so far removed from ...well.. LIFE. Keep enjoying yours, Derek; you're inspiring a bunch of people here to also make the most of OURS :)
P.s. Love the funny references you sneak in- I keep waiting for a 'Spinal Tap' one ;)
