I keep thinking about the one that ran away. What if she was expecting piglets also? Unfortunate that you couldn’t find her. It would be special if she showed back up on the farm.
I know its really so sad… i hope she was not pregnant that would be awful 😢- at this point it would be quite the miracle to see her back here- many of our farming neighbours commented that hogs who escape become wild pretty fast and then others think its probably likely that she didnt make it - we have a pretty healthy coyote population amongst other things in our dense woodlands 🙈
