For ex:- an unemployed urban youth wants regular job better wages etc whereas a landless rular labours wants more days work better wages etc

Different people have different devlopement goals because of the difference in their situations and their needs.
Thus , they seek for different things.
Example -
Constructing a dam near a river might be a devlopemental goal for the industrialists , but it may disrupt the lives of the tribal communities residing there as they would've to be displaced from their native regions. Tribal groups may not like this and it might be destructive for them.
Therefore , it can be concluded that different people may have different developmental goals.

Ma'am answer to Homework Question at 25:52 is Option (A) - Both A and R are true and R is the correct explanation of A. Ma'am, could you please confirm the answer. As A is saying Different people have different developmental goals this A is true. And R is saying that the capitalist approach means property concentrated on one hand is the developmental goal of business professions but at the same time it is not good for another section that is poor people so here 2 goals are conflicting, So R correctly explains A.
