Hi @@PatrickDomingues1 , having issue, my devices cant get an IP address. Am using a VLAN which carries my DHCP and assigned the Guest Network, but its still now working. Am using an external Radius authentication.

Is the vouchers being generated from AP (access point)? Is the video shown all done in the Access point AP?

Yep - Go to Admins - add a new user and Click Manage Roles - add a new role, select Network - Hotspot Operator then assign it to your user

My devices are also failing to obtain IP addresses.
Why devices fails to get IP addresses when connecting to Guest network?
Did you set a DHCP scope?
@UNIQedumx you will have to add the VLAN of the guest hotspot to the controller and assign the network type as Guest Network.

Unfortunately outdated. On Controller 8 everything has moved to a completely different location. No longer useful.
