Crazy that 30 years later he can still do all the songs in the same key, sounding the same as he did back then. And even more oddly he really hasn't aged much physically either. Dude looks 30 something and he's 53. Thanks for sharing!
My Name is Jonas reminds me , like it happened yesterday, of a kick ass party i attended on Long Island in the mid 90s It was at a rented VFW HALL and when Jonas played , EVERYONE WAS JUMPING UP AND DOWN we thought the floor was gonna fall thru ONE OF THE MOMENTS IN MY LIFE I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER FOR HOW KICK ASS IT WAS have seen these guys many times SOOOOO KIK ASS
Damn listening to Greatest Man - his voice really hasn't aged at all especially compared to other guys from the 90s like Billie Jo Armstrong and Tom Delonge
when they first hit I considered it a lucky miracle when id happen to come across them live on tv....i never guessed all this internet stuff would happen, so cool, thnx for posting!
Seen them at Louder Than Life and with so many great bands that whole weekend they definitely put on a top 3 set… Rivers was interactive with the crowd and his vocals and guitar playing is top notch
Fun fact, I went to the Weezer concert in Kansas on June 11th. Slipped and broke my leg before I even got to my seat. My heart is still in pieces over it!
Weezer has SO MUCH great music Duh........ BUT, i could listen to their first album (blue album) ALL THE TIME AND NEVER NEVER EVER GET SICK OF IT IT HANGS ON MY WALL, framed , as one of my .fave albums of all time
That song has, potentially, the greatest bridge of any song I know. It really transports you, and when you come back it's like wow, what just happened.
I don’t hate Pat! He came out a few hours early and I screamed at him and he shushed me haha. But yeah the stage was so high! I had to crane my neck the whole time, and I couldn’t see Rivers at the piano ☹️
Can someone tell me what the hell they're doing not headlining and playing a day set w/out their full stage set? I know Idaho is country, but don't tell me it's that backwards?!?
This was an extra show in the middle of the tour, at a golf tournament at a country club. It was a charity thing so I guess that’s why, I’m not sure but it seemed pretty random yeah. It was fun tho! Really hot, but I was right at the front and center so it was a great time
Not that anyone would ever really go to Idaho voluntarily, but this all but cements it. I saw Weezer in Austin back in June, amazing headlining show. This vid? Just makes me sad tbh. Have to believe it was a low for the band.
Such talent for a thirty year old. Just imagine what he'll offer in his fifties.
Wait a minute....
Sound Engineer: How much bass?
Scott: Yes.
Weezer really doesn't seem to age. They all look young and healthy. They sound fantastic. I've gotten addicted to their music.
Rivers is such an amazing guitarist. Anyone who was an Ace Frehley fan is always going to have the chops
I love Weezer.
ME TOO!!!!
WOW
Same
Same

He doesn’t sound anything like 30 years ago. Lol
@@davidpearson6346 no Im his age, I know what happens to most. He's done well.
When he was 20 he looked 12 lol Rivers has always looked younger
All these salty people just not wanting to admit he looks like he's in his 30s is hilarious 😂
He tunes down Hash Pipe so i'm not too sure about that
bless your soul Sarah...rocking out 8,500 miles away
Awww, wow! Glad you liked it 😊
Great Video, Thanks for that. I hope that they will come to Germany soon.
thank you for posting this, it’s very appreciated for those that aren’t able to attend.
My pleasure!!! I love sharing the experience ❤
Rivers’s singing and guitar playing are both sounding great
Very much agree!!! 🫶🏼
Return to Ithica?!?, Greatest Man that Ever Lived?!? Only in Dreams?!?!- Great Show --Thanks for recording!!

This band is so good, ive never seen them live !
I was standing in the corner of the front row, I saw you record this lol
Oh were you next to me? I think I remember you haha that’s awesome 😂
when they first hit I considered it a lucky miracle when id happen to come across them live on tv....i never guessed all this internet stuff would happen, so cool, thnx for posting!
Thank you, that was a lot of fun to watch! 😍
Hey I know you!
not quite ready for this level of nostalgia.
❤❤❤ Rivers looks dreamy ❤❤❤
Very much agree!!! 😍🥰
Sucks they didn’t get to use their car dashboard stage set. I love Weezer!! Thank you!
Yah what happened? Couldn’t get it moved from Berkeley in time?
stage was probally too small or something like that
Seen them at Louder Than Life and with so many great bands that whole weekend they definitely put on a top 3 set… Rivers was interactive with the crowd and his vocals and guitar playing is top notch

Doesn’t sound too fun. Hope you are healing!
Man that sucks, get well and get to the next show!!
I’m sooo sorry!!! 😢
Did you still watch the concert?
I was at the Toronto show in July. It was dark when they started and had the full video, car road trip thing in the background. It was awesome.
Awesome video, great sound and close ups. So cool.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it
Weezer has SO MUCH great music
Duh........

That only in dreams intro 😢. That has always been my favorite weezer song
I love Susanne so much it’s so underrated
Great video. I got to see them at louder than life this year. I love Weezer! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Great recording. Love how you can't but sing at moments.
Damn, i forget how many great songs they have.
Thanks! So regret not seeing them….
相変わらずギターに日本のキャラクターシール(くまモンやトラウマ、ドロボウ猫と書かれた猫のキャラシール)貼ってくれてるの嬉しい😘❤️
Weezerは素晴らしいバンド😊
I loved the commentary
I'm surprised that weezer is still alive.
weezer is still alive and well as it was back then.
thnx for posting!
❤
Take a drink every time someone says "Here we go".
Holy sh*t Suzanne sounds incredible here 😵
Amazing ! Thanks for the video ❤
Here we go!
28:42 I LOVE YOU RIVERS!
Awesome footage. Thanks for sharing!
when they played at Boston Calling last year the sound guy really did them dirty. This sounds great!
Am i the only one that wishes too see more tracks from pacific daydream. Especially qb blitz. That somg just has it.
Qb blitz would have been a good one for the acoustic slot!
That song has, potentially, the greatest bridge of any song I know. It really transports you, and when you come back it's like wow, what just happened.
The way he sings “manners” @19:32 is so skillful, damn.
Wow that's a really good set list, they even included EWBAITE unlike the show I went to
Thanks for posting!!
Tour de force ❤
Rivers' voice has literally stayed the same for 30 years.
lit af
They're playing EWBAITE songs, FUCK YEAH.
so its "eyes wide" after all
Oh man no Africa at other tour stops
Suzanne was cool but the full band electric is one of my favorite songs ever
Does anyone know what song the nasty guitar solo is from before Surf Wax America (around 01:12)?
The Waste Land? From Ewbaite
1:18:52
Do these guys have a Fan Club? I'd like to be the 25th fan. LOL
Yes they do! But they have more than 25 fans, sorry!
Eyes wide*
Was that TSO for the encore
You live in idaho too?
@@LilRuviø_12 no I live in Washington
@@medicineformelancholy oh, cool
I live in Boise Idaho and remembering hearing it far away
Why does the cameraman hate the drummer?
My bad, too close the the high ass stage

What camera do you use? Thanks G or posting

If you drank every time to "Alright here we go" you would not make it through the show.

Idaho is beautiful! I live very close to the border. This was an extra show for charity they stopped at in the middle of their tour

Do rest....
It’s in the description
Kurt Cobain with Billie Joe Armstrongs's guitar.
But Billie Joe couldn’t hold a candle to Rivers’ guitar playing skills. Weezer is not a 4-chord band
I love weezer but they have to be one of the most boring bands I’ve watched live.
Strongly disagree!
Ain't that the truth. They got rid of the only member who was exciting
