LTT PX4 malfunction compilation

Is it the slide catch? A proper thumbs-forward grip high on the frame tends to engage the slide catch lever. I’ve done it myself with my PX4 and have heard of numerous other guys doing it as well.

unfortunately it is not the slide catch because i am able to pull the slide back and engage the slide catch when the malfunction happens
