As well as a few maids. Landscaping, etc.

0:34 and 0:50 the asphalt driveway is broken and rutted out needs to replaced, the roof needs to be replaced, for asking over $6.3 million you would think this would have been repaired
$6 million is pretty reasonable for what you're getting. Obviously the house isn't worth that but there's a ton of land that comes with it, not to mention it's only a 35-minute drive from Pearson. If you tried to get a house half this size in the city you'd be paying at least double
