Owner of this house probably needs a few full time employees to maintain it. Dream of living in a house like this is very tempting, but I think it is just too big even if you can afford it.
The only problem I see is that all my kids, I have three , and new wife has three . The kids are near the same age that being seventeen and above. Point I'm making is that they all have nice sports cars. Our driveway sometime looks like the indy 500. The driveway is narrow. Kids are always coming and going. Id have a major traffic jam when it got to the little bridge. My kids would ruin the lawn driving on it to let's others pass by.. if I bought this place we would have to make a wider driveway and a new bridge. I know , I could install a toll booth at the bridge. It will help pay for the new driveway.

Thats the thing no one ever takes into account with such beautiful nature rich locations, they typically come with all the desired and undesirable things that comes with living in the outdoors. most people dont know just how insanely amazing NY and NJ and PA is. Granted its also can be as boring as heck if your not into the outdoors.
