U got that right, i was trying to move up there from north Cali since late 90s , I couldn't & now is to late , getting almost like Cali, got way to expensive, lack of jobs & full of homeless & Crime got high there 2, i know some people moved up there & came back to Cali few years after , only way if u millionaire & Billionaire then everywhere is gonna heaven for u then no issues lol...decade from now gonna be like CALI part 2, just NOT worth it anymore, I'm in my late 50s now, gonna wait till i get retired, then move to Midwest somewhere quite in small town for my Golden years , o well till then!

The walk in closets are bigger then my house. This house is pure class but the landscaping and the views are exquisite i would be spendind so much time out in that beautifull landscape.Only the super rich can afford but the rest of us can dream.

The only problem I see is that all my kids, I have three , and new wife has three . The kids are near the same age that being seventeen and above. Point I'm making is that they all have nice sports cars. Our driveway sometime looks like the indy 500. The driveway is narrow. Kids are always coming and going. Id have a major traffic jam when it got to the little bridge. My kids would ruin the lawn driving on it to let's others pass by.. if I bought this place we would have to make a wider driveway and a new bridge. I know , I could install a toll booth at the bridge. It will help pay for the new driveway.
Really nice, but i know that area, at least in the past when my family would vacation their in the summer. The mosquitoes were murderous. Thats the thing no one ever takes into account with such beautiful nature rich locations, they typically come with all the desired and undesirable things that comes with living in the outdoors. most people dont know just how insanely amazing NY and NJ and PA is. Granted its also can be as boring as heck if your not into the outdoors.
Whoever bought it will have to move when i make them an offer because this is my dream house. It shouldnt be more than 5 mill, I'm willing to bid for it😀
