    Have you had any trouble using the Benjamin Tank on any of your rifles? I can’t get it to fill my Hatsan Bulldog, or FX Dreamline. Both of which are fill probes. I have bought multiple probes with no luck as well. Any thoughts...?

      @airgunnersedge4061  4 роки тому

      Yes Hatsan and FX have different O ring placements on the fill probe which are not interchangeable, EBay has a great universal stainless steel one that works with all my guns and has double-O rings for no leaks...

    Gun is bad ass. How many fills of this gun can you get off a 80 cu Catalina 3000 psi scuba tank??

    Thanks for sharing your tinkering with the max before I get one. :-D Please be sure to post when you get the new bottle and reg when you get them. I was thinking the same thing. But, won't you have two regs on it at that point? I was looking at Huma's website and they now have a .30 reg / xxl plenum. But if the bottle & reg mod work, I'd have a 90 cc plenum. So I'm curious as to how that will work. Again, thank you for your videos on the max. Keep em coming... the videos that is.

    Is that same barrel as in The flash? my friends flash barrel do not like any slugs, either barrel to tight or to small ports. Do you know what size transfer ports are in flash .22 stock?
    I know you got The .25

    I love those Griffin slugs. I wish he could come down a bit on the prices but I now he’s a small operation and probably wouldn’t make a profit. I’ve been cutting the chokes off and recrownig the barrels of a couple of my Hatsans and have made a couple of mean slug guns.

      @tdog1319 4 роки тому

      Jon Hermann - how much of the barrel did you have to remove to cut off the choke?

    • @jonhermann8239
      @jonhermann8239 4 роки тому

      Not that much. The choke on those barrels is down to the last 1” to 1-1/2”.

      @@jonhermann8239 Thanks, what type of performance are you getting from your .22 cals?

    • @jonhermann8239
      @jonhermann8239 4 роки тому

      Out of a Hatsan long barrel depending on weight, with some valve work, open up valve port, you can expect 900-950 FPS. Unfortunately it really likes fx hybrid slugs. Those things are so damn expensive.

      Jon Hermann - I own several Hatsan now part of my growing bone-yard (all purchased 2nd hand) - paid for tunes, tuned myself - quite familiar with fps and mods - I was hoping to know your accuracy after cutting out chokes. Thanks i.e. MOA 50/100 yards, 3/4” at 50/75 yards - I have access to gunsmith - not sure what he’d charge but cutting off choke was never a real thought

    • @airgunnersedge4061
      @airgunnersedge4061  Рік тому +1

      Actually no, with the legs out all the weight would be to the back/stock, and now you have to support that weight while sighting in on targets.... With the lags toward me it's perfectly balanced and only have to concentrate on my targets with a much faster sight in and not support the weight of the gun as well... .This is a 12Lb gun easy!!!
