I can honestly relate to this so much its just amazing how much words and to just have someone give you their time cause thats something they can never take back so it really is an extraordinary feeling to know that someone is putting their time and effort to just sit down and talk to you cause it has such a massive impact it really puts the biggest smile on my face😊

@@HollyJordi Yes exactly!! ,like idk im just realising more and more as I get older precious life is and how short it can be so it just kinda motivates me to comment on things I feel I should say something yano cause I remember when I'd be afraid to say something about anything in case someone would take it the wrong way but now im slowly starting to put myself out there and get myself out of my comfort zone,try new things and help as many people as I can cause I just can't live life to the fullest unless I feel im doing something good something that will leave this beautiful planet better than how I found it so future generations can experience the beautiful things I sometimes tend to take for granted for themselves so they can see the true value of this life

There will always be ppl who will care and if you r unable to find them then just understand that nobody is strong enough to even hear your problems let alone face them. Also depression has become very common in western community so i would just like to say that U R NEVER ALONE, SOMETIMES PPL R SUFFERING WORSE THAN U BUT JUST THINK OF IT AS AN EXAM....A TOUGH EXAM

This is why we dogs love our humans so much. Depressed people need love and affection. A dog is a great help! If you're depressed, get a loving animal to be by your side. Talk to people and make some friends. A dog or cat will be a good restoration for sadness and help you alot :)

I suffer from bipolar depression, there are days when I feel like I shouldn't be here anymore. I've been homeless twice now but I'm making it day to day. I have help but honestly, I've just felt more like a burden than anything to the ones that love me and that i love. I've got enough money to start over and I plan to. I just need motivation to do anything nowadays. This video really did help. And I'm assuming this is how you and Vlada met? It's great honestly. Thank you for uploading this.

I suffer from depression. And I’m a totally different person. I’m not the same person I used to be and I lost a lot of friends well I lost all of my friends. My mom does not really know what I’m going though. Sometimes I feel like killing my self but I try to think about the good things in life. Sometimes I can’t find good things in life and you feel like there’s nothing good about life. But trust me it WILL get better. I would always say it would not get better. And it did not get better until I started thinking about good things. Like my mom, my family, the people who do love me. I hope this helped

I've been through this too. This really hit hard and I had support. It was the fact I felt useless and a waste of space like if I killed my self it'd be better for everyone but my mum and stepdad helped me and spoke to me about it and got me through it as I had no friends to talk to

I lost my closest and nearest person to my heart two years ago , we had each other for 6 years only but it felt like hundred years of friendship, he was diagnosed with caner, we had a fight a little while before he passed away ,i really wanted to make it right before he goes away ,he even texted me but i couldnt respond in time till he passed , i regret it everyday and think of him to the moment, he didnt believe in praying, but , i keep praying for him everyday wishing he's in peace now and askin for forgiveness 😢😢,
