My favourite OD is the Aion electronics Andromeda which essentially is an ODR-1 that utilizes the bass cut from the Timmy overdrive. This enhances the circuits versatility a lot, especially for use with humbuckers. Thanks for a nice walkthrough!

I don’t think you mentioned hard clipping in the ODR-1 circuit, unless I missed it. That’s a big difference, and iirc it wasn’t used in the TS originally due to a patent issue with Boss?

I can't remember, but agree that hard clipping is an odr thing. Ts 808 had it in the feedback loop

Nobels ODR-1 is buffered bypass. Why are we comparing TPB versions of OD pedals?
