Taking the Kitchen to the shop

In this video I show you one technique that I use to take all the doors, drawer fronts, pantry door and get them ready for transporting to the show to do the touch ups and finishing processes.
In this video I show you how to remove hardware, how to prepare to do a color match, how to remove the drawer front off a "gallery rail" system, then wrap them for a short trip to my shop
There are lots of ways to do the same thing but I how this one technique using a plan-a-gram, a little patients and some careful wrapping. It saves in added headaches... what order do they go back in, where is the hardware and how do I make sure they don't get more damage taking them out of the house.

These techniques are simple to do, and you can do this process right in your own home. But if you feel you do not have the ability to do this procedure, I do recommend that you contact a wood furniture or wood finishing expert to do the repair for you.
