How many agencies get to make a video of this monstrosity? I've walked by this a few times, sure it's very nice inside but probably has the worst house square footage to land ratio in the whole area! Was a pleasure watching Diana though, bet she could probably sell ice to the Inuit!
That seems so cheap for what it is. I mean it is a lime stone grandeur mansion. Is Richmond hill a far cheaper area of Toronto then so many other locations ?
@@LandscapeMaster33 Limestone clad homes really are expensive to build. I'm guessing the contrasting black and brass/gold trim were too controversial for many buyers. It is very bold

It would've sold by now if the home was sitting on a proper sized lot for the scale of the house. Too bad it hardly has a backyard.
