You could reach this, I am currently aiming for grandmaster on the voltaic benchmarks myself. It is possible you just have to put in the time and effort. It’s not out of your reach, you realize this once you start getting into aim training and learning valorant mechanics.

But what I mainly work on is the part of my aim that applies to valorant. My aim is at least diamond complete on the voltaic season 3 benchmarks, I haven't cared to play the season 4 one since I like a lot of the scenarios for season 3. Generally speaking my routines focus on weaknesses and stuff that applies to valorant. I don't grind benchmarks I just practice to be good at valorant.
