Have a question, can you buy a stand in a farm.. where the owner is intending on applying for rezoning into a township.? is this legal
and what will happen, in the case where the rezoning or approval doesnt happen?

Not a good idea to do that as the stand can't transfer to you, unless you register a cover bond over the property in yiur favor
