I’m a vegan for 40 years years now. I can’t imagine eating animals, both from a cruelty aspect to all of the unhealthy reasons that have been documented. There are so many vegan options and documentation for reasons to not eat our animal brethren. For those considering it. It’s an easy transition if you seek out information and or professional dietitians who can assist you in making the switch.

Ooooos props to you! I've always said, vegans are saving the plane, while meat eaters are destroying it. Perhaps you can share recipes or recommendations for restaurants??

Your animal brethren would eat you in your home if you died in it with them in it. Maybe the relationship is one sided.

Don't do it. The vegan here is probably supplementing heavily, with vitamins and minerals in pill or liquid form, to acquire the essential nutrients that plants alone do not provide. The ethical nature of refusing to consider consumption of animals is a ridiculous, tragic rationalization and probably causing them irreparable harm. The science does not support a veganism as a healthy way to live one's life. Humans are physiologically determined to eat animals as the primary source of nutrition -- we are supposed to do this and is the proper, ancestral human diet. Veganism, the worst form of vegetarianism, is a compromise to one's health and all the practices associated with it are pure hokum -- lies to support the crazy plants only diet as well as heavily promoting industries that manufacture grain, oil, sugar and plant based food to make money. This is the main reason for the obesity epidemic and poor health that humanity has experienced since the beginning of the 20th century. Search the keyword CARNIVORE DIET for more information on this topic and dispel the dangerous and tragic craziness of veganism.

@@User-54631 You clearly missed the entire point and have zero clue about the horrors of animal farming and what it takes to put that burger and milk on your dinner table. I’m sure you wouldn’t eat your dog or cat (assuming you have one), so why would you eat another innocent animal? Do better, and have some compassion for innocent animals who have no voice.
