    I love S'mores! The frosting looks so good & the addition of the chocolate dipped graham crackers is so genius! This cake looks so yummy :D

    I think I'll use the frosting idea for other cakes and cupcakes...it sounds yummy ! Your finished cake looks perfect ! tfs 💐💐💐💐💐💐💐

    Would it turn out easier to cut into if you used chocolate pudding instead of melted chocolate?

      Probably, but pudding is not a S'mores ingredient as the marshmallow, grahams and chocolate are, that's the only drawback I see to using pudding.

    I wonder if a chocolate ganache layer would work you could go thicker that way .

    I would love a layer of torched mini marshmallows on top. Always need that slightly burnt taste with smores

    I’d keep as much chocolate as you used, but then add more shortening, or even cream so that the chocolate layer doesn’t set hard.

    I wonder if you would somehow incorporate a bruleed/browned marshmallow fluff into the topping that it would bring more of a smores flavor even when cold 🤔

    Instead of 2 Tbsp of shortening I'm sure you could use coconut oil.
