Sorry for just getting to this. Hope you are enjoying your lights! I’d say if they are similar in size they are close to the same. They use different materials tho. I might say the Elinchroms are a little heavier due to the materials used.
The Nanlite ones have been on quite a few shoots with me and are holding up ok. They aren’t as nicely made as the elenchrom ones but I’ve had no major issues. If you are constantly packing and moving them (like a lot a lot) I’d go with something more robust maybe. At the same time the newer ones Nanlite makes are a bit better than the ones I had for this video. For example my para 90 is fantastic and I use that one a lot and travels with me a bunch.
I have a theory of yes but haven’t tested it. The 60 softbox has a plate you can unscrew and then possibly place on reg nanlite speed ring. I’ll try to see if I can get it to work.
You could probably adapt it but honestly I don’t think it would do much. Such a big box to fill with light. You’d have to be shooting in a really dark room and have your exposure up to see it well I think.
That's some crispy lighting there!
Thanks! We like it crispy.
Thanks for the review. Just ordered some nanlites FC's. Question, are the Nanlite softboxes heavier than the Elinchrom's?

Thank you for your response.
awesome video, thanks!
Thank you
Does that 150 comes with quick open provision ..?
Not sure. I’ve seen the 120 come with it but I’d have to check.
Gteat video! Thank you . I have forza 300b
What size do you recommend ?
Honestly I really enjoy the 90 from nanlite. Small enough to pack but big enough for nice soft light.
I have a question regarding these paras build quality? Are they of good quality? Reliable, and durable??

Can you match up the forza 60b with the para 90 soft box?

Bonjour,
Avec la nouvelle forza 300B, est-ce mieux avec la softbox 120 ou 150?
Merci pour votre réponse
J'irais probablement avec le 120. Je pense que c'est encore assez doux et avec la sortie du 300 c'est un bon match.
What percentage of power was Forza 200 on with the 120 softbox?
If I remember correctly it was around 35-40 percent.
@@boslabs okay. Thanks
Do you think you can use the 120 softbox with the forza 60 ?
