at 1:52 you can see a swiss flag just next to the monument. either it's a stri g with lots of flags of different countries attached, or this vid is actually taking place in the welsh part of switzerland.
ACTUALLY MOMOY its a street-trials bike, which has completely different geometry and much higher bottom bracket than any mountain bike. And not just the parts make it light weight, the frame is also very light.

i'm almost positive this is chamonix, france. i've been there and it looks very similar, with the huge mountains and river running through the town.
