Negative. Doing too much damage early will spawn the vex and cabal bosses. They will then be there for a majority of the fight, making it harder to maneuver around the room.

W rage montage lol. Thats some crazy stuff with your mouse. Maybe try putting it in on-board memory mode and then keep lg-hub completely closed.
