Is that muhly grass around your borders? Is it pink or white?? Another way I started mixing concrete is with a wheelbarrow. I first-line it with plastic inside making sure to have enough that it hangs over the wheelbarrow. Then add your water and then use the plastic to mix it by picking up each corner, works awesome. I learned this by mixing my dyi potting soil/ compost mix. . Great video
Randy, yes it is Muhly grass! I love the purple bloom, and we still have some in the back, but we ended up ripping the ones near the border out because we are working on some raised concrete planters in that area. Also, that sounds like a great technique with the plastic. I'll have to try that out!
