It's funny how that the only original characters that survived are all morally grey characters that would do horroble things for survival, revenge, or to keep their love ones safe. I love seeing Maddison, Strand, and Daniel together. Without someone like Alicia, they will ruin and burn everything down. It's like seeing Rick, Daryl, and Carol from season 5, but even more grey and problematic.
Even if there's a chance to negotiate, Troy has proven time after time that he never will. Troy's pride is more important than his daughter and his people.
I can't believe that in less than a week, this journey that started in 2015 will finally be ending 😢 I will miss these characters and hope some of them cross over into other shows!
I like how you call the three new characters "The Alicias" 😂 I really enjoyed your reaction! Wow only 2 episodes left. Curious on how the very first spin-off of twd will end.
bruh really.. I really hate this storyline.. no logic behind anything .. for example.. why is the kid blaming Maddison for her mother's death.. why the girls confirmed Alicia dead even though they hadn't witnessed her death..
@@Myspace1the kid is clearly blaming Madison because of Troy or what he has told her. The girls are saying that Alicia is dead because they clearly think Alicia is gone. We still have two episodes to find this all out. I’m not getting into a debate with you. If you don’t enjoy the show, then why comment on people’s post or even watch the show? Just stop watching something if you don’t enjoy it.
Even though I didn't like the show.. I watch any Walking Dead universe.. writers are fu***d up. not actors .. they are super good.. and I love watching Katie Rections.. Katie also mentioned so many times. that this show is low compared to other Walking Dead shows.. I need to keep updated like everyone else.. because there are a lot of crossovers and easter eggs.. True fans always point out negatives also.. @@HectorBarbossa
@@Myspace1I’m not saying you can’t point out negatives, but you seriously came at me for my opinion saying “bruh really?”: I can enjoy a show or storyline even if you don’t. You also didn’t need to put it like that about the writers, saying they are F’d up: just immature. Just don’t be so rude doing it. I have my opinion and you have yours. Just move on. You don’t have to comment on people’s post like that
The part with strand asking questions in the truck reminded me of the part in a video game where you have to run dialogue with the NPCs before starting the next mission.
it brought me back to when althea and alicia were in althea’s tank back in s4e8 when althea was showing alicia her mother’s tape about amina the bird 🥹 i also loved that they mentioned the tape towards the end of the ep too
All the characters, except for Daniel and Luciana, are very written like cartoon characters. It’s frustrating me with only a couple of episodes left the Alicia offscreen storyline seemed more interesting as a season
Can someone please explain how Tracy swam to shore with her hands tied together... who even taught her to swim? In the apocalypse? And who taught her to swim with her hands tied?
To be honest look at who her father is😂 he had a whole ass dam explode on top of him, he probably taught her to swim just in case she was in a similar position 😂 and with how crazy he is, he probably did teach her with her hands tied too for just in case😂
The alicia crew never said they actually saw troy kill alicia and why didn't one of these women put her down and another thing showrunners ian goldberg and andrew chambliss have never confirmed alicia died since troy showed up with her arm
14:06 they always do that😭 (they did that in the barbie movie; got out the car to chase... A car? Then just stood there out of breath when they didnt even actually run)
I feel that this second half of the season is trying to fix things that didn't need to and ignoring others that should have been addressed. The time jump is a lazy way to get around those questions we were left with at the end of the first half of the season. Killing good characters off screen in the manner they did was horrible ( survivors would not starve to death because of the hatred of Strand). The whole 8s Alicia alive or not is just a ploy to keep viewers tuning in because we do want to know . If they killed her off screen ( another horrible choice for an amazing character). But then there is the reason for Trou an his daughter's revenge plot. They blame Madison and Alicia for the death of the wife/mom because she believed in their vision. Really? The most idiotic reason, which makes no sense! The writers were so worried about could they pull this all off in 6 episodes, they never asked the question if they should do it. A lot of these issues stem from the whole nuclear fallout disaster season and I fell the lost their way. If Alicia is dead, there can be no real closure for Madison and honestly they did Alicia wrong. If she is alive and makes this grand entrance in the finale (which people want) it makes the whole story line of her just another failed twist that everyone saw coming. Basically all of us viewers get a slap in the face instead of the ending that we deserve. Haven't we suffered enough with let downs in The Walking Dead universe?
I don't think that walker was really Tracy's mom, I think it very well might be Alicia and I'm starting to think Troy may not be Tracy's father......what if Will is her father. Maybe Troy took Tracy from Alicia and told her to go with his plan or he will kill Alicia. Tracy's eyes widen up like two balloons when Strand told her who he was ( Steand did toss Will off the tower and Tracy does wear Alicia's necklace. And how did Tracy know that saying " You're not gone until you're gone". The only reason I'm thinking this crazy twist and turn plot is because these two show runners love doing that stuff from time to time.....just saying. So Alicia could be alive but stashed away somewhere.
The way I started screaming "Oh my gosh" when I thought it was Alicia... and then it was a random girl. I had to pause, because I got so happy, and then so sad in the span of a couple minutes. I held a grudge for the rest of the episode. Also, not only were they going to kill the child, they were going to feed her alive to the walkers! Like okay, I can get trying to protect your community, I guess, but you couldn't do it in a quick way? We were just going to feed this child to walkers? Alive?
skipping the whole shootout with the final villain group of your show is mind-numbingly stupid, the radio playing to get a look at the walkers to find Alicia is a really dangerous plan because she could of easily attracted too many to deal with herself when she can hardly breath and what kind of restraints was Victor in because that was useless, these writers might be better off writing for children story books
I really hope they didn't kill Alicia off screen... Her actress and the showrunners said that the last episode she was in last season was her last episode ever, but they also did that for Rick and now we're getting a spin off with him. So who knows, but it would be pretty dumb if they did that lmao.
Thanks for mentioning the character assignation of Madison. To bring her back and make her do the stuff they did really irks me as does the deification of Alicia. It's just weird. Strand does things that make no sense too.
I have a feeling they are going to kill her off screen. Which makes me even more upset that we spent this whole half-season looking for her. I'm a long for the ride cuz I love TWD but season 8 has been the worst season of Fear in my opinion
7:39 i thought this little fanclub was cute... And EVERYONE is calling it cringe and boring... But... This is so cool, whay you do affects others. If you help people... They help people. If you hurt people, they hurt people. 8:35 alicia is Jesus. 😂
i am torn. Like I want to believe Alicia is alive... But I also know that the writers have made some of the dumbest decisions writing wise in the entire TWD series as whole. So I think it is possible that they really did kill her off, Off screen because Alycia Debnam-Carey might not have wanted to return. Next sunday we will find out.
There is no redeeming value to Strand. I would have preferred his character death at the end of season 1. Also I hate this stupid thing of killing off characters, but then somehow they survived. It’s bs.
Felt like another filler episode 😢 On a side note though, I absolutely loved every single second of The Fall of the House of Usher 🙌 I’m a huge Poe fan and they did amazing with his works in this series! I can not praise enough ❤
I think that girl is Alicia's daughter Troy could have kidnapped her young also I think Alicia's dead we are gonna get a Duane episode where we see him 10 years later foe Morgan to finally kill him
Madison has always been like this though or enough that being like this makes sense. If she was a character in the OG Walking Dead, she might have been a villain, or at least started as one. In the relationship, Travis was more of "good" one in the relationship. Maddison was cold and manipulated when needed to be.
God, I hope Alicia is alive and at least back for the finale.
When you are struggling to breathe, a sledgehammer is your weapon of choice 😂 just one of many of the ridiculous plot choices

3:47 my friend casually brought a pack of walkies to class one day, like five.. So honestly... Theyre probably everywhere
How cool would it have been if Victor had a Shrek walkie talkie
Dwight is just upset he was the last to find out Strand's gay 😂

I was truly worried Tracey’s mom was going to be Alicia.
duuuuude for a hot second i thought the same thing
So the cult leader back in season 6 was right about Alicia. She did create her own cult, even if it was accidental.
I started calling them the Alicians. 🤣
I’m trying so hard to like this . What are the writers doing ?
I don't think that walker was really Tracy's mom, I think it very well might be Alicia and I'm starting to think Troy may not be Tracy's father......what if Will is her father. They're making it seem like Alicia is her mother...so she probably is. The writers don't seem capable of plot twists or creative writing.
Al left in season.7 with the CRM helicopter she's in love with
They BETTER not kill Alicia 😤 😒
Until I see a flashback of Alicia actually dying, I don't believe it
Even if they show it, I still won't believe it, seeing how Troy and Madison were resurrected.
@@deckzone3000 if they show her dead, I'll believe it. Personally, I think Troy has her somewhere as his prisoner
We may get that in the last episodes because nobody knew Duane was alive as a walker years later
skipping the whole shootout with the final villain group of your show is mind-numbingly stupid, the radio playing to get a look at the walkers to find Alicia is a really dangerous plan because she could of easily attracted too many to deal with herself when she can hardly breath and what kind of restraints was Victor in because that was useless, these writers might be better off writing for children story books

Troy’s kid looks like Nick

Al went with the helicopter lady didn’t she?
Yeah but are we just never gonna see her again?? Like , that’s it ?! 😂
