No expert here but I remember there was a time when mechanics use to make their own gaskets out of leather or some sort of paper like material.

Well I have to admit that these guys are really brave. I've worked in the wrecking business. Ok circumstances aren't that tough over here and the working conditions, even the payment is way better. But it's interesting to watch what they are able to do with this almost antique equipment. If this equipment is state of the art, you guys should come over to Germany and watch how the companies here manage such wrecks. Easier and faster. No incredible expensive rotators which reach their limit pretty fast. They use mobile cranes. Way faster to be set up and easier to operate. Even the small wreckers are way more developed. For a car to drag away, even a SUV where you have to use dolly, it took me mostly no more than 5 minutes. To tow a wreck out of the ditch we need an average time of 15 to 30 minutes. All due to better equipment. And also I always had bosses who aren't sloppy but also not every third word left their mouth was money and costs. Also you have to work mostly up to 8 hours. That'll be it.

That's just a small one. There are bigger ones which can easily lift a whole semi. The biggest one I operated had a maximum lift weight of 250 tons. For this use it'll be set up within roundabout one and a half hours and the lift itself may not take any longer

ua-cam.com/video/xd8fUKLD3Qc/v-deo.htmlsi=5YxCNFP-ZL_5Jxhe here's a video from Sweden dealing with a flipped over truck. It's worth mentioning that these Highway through hell videos aren't new, someone mentioned 2012 so obviously the hardware has evolved since then as well@@MeanAzz_13

Yeah this was state of the art when it was filmed which i believe is around 2012
And with the cranes... some cranes can´t get to places where rotator can so it´s situational
      Rotator is multipurpose
Crane is just a crane can´t tow...
