He was such a great villain. With how much training he had and how superior he is it was surprising seeing him die off. Always hope he will come back in some way even if its a spin off where you play as him and can see the world as he was envisioning it to be after he released the Virus onto the planet. Pretty much just a side story not canon where it doesn't just let the main character win just cause they're a main character. All be it Chris is pretty great too

Wesker is truly a BOSS even time passes...see how he uses teleport and beautiful, fluid motions to dodge bullets in shootout and use them in Close-Quarters Combat... The way he turns around, the way he smiles with contempt, the way he knocks Jill to the wall, at 2:15 the way he dodges bullets and grabs Chris&Sheva's arms then throws them away, all these scenes are Perfect. He combines the ability of teleport and skills of CQC so perfectly when he fighting. The way he uses CQC is truly an"art", and when he uses them both in same time, it's just aesthetic... He is graceful, intelligent, skillful, powerful, and cruel. He is a walking legend, a living interpretation of the name of "boss".
