I think Ashleigh said it best: "It is historically true that Chinese people were often involved in running laundries...beyond that a majority of the information provided in the tour is not grounded in historical evidence." There were underground spaces in Moose Jaw, but they were not used in the way the Tunnels suggests.
I find this video hard to believe when the professor, who has claimed to have seen the tour three times, falsely states that the tour says that the Chinese built the tunnels. The tour guide says in the second boiler room, right after the tunnel skit with the lanterns, that the tunnels were built by steam engineers. If she can miss something like that after three tours then she clearly was not listening.
