    Thank you so much Dr Karl Kruszelnicki I have always pondered upon the internal mechanisms of a wombat that contribute to the shape of their dung. Fascinating.

    I heard that Wombat Poo is cubed because when they do them they sit back on them (maybe because they are so close to the ground) which squashes the poo slightly... So it's not really cubed when it comes out.. I also have trypophobia. It's not just holes its pretty much any bunched up symmetrical things and things like groups of bees bunched together YUK!

    Thank so much Dr Karl, I’ve been a fan of your show for years, via books, UA-cam post, you’ve answered a lot of live questions.
    I was wondering if you could help explain why the earth is colder at higher altitudes like Himalayas, where the surface is closer to the sun...(I am guessing high altitudes mean closer to the sun), should be hotter. Regards
