lol I’m also a quad and I relate so hard to Cole being like I’m going to have a bowel movement from the pepper. I had spicy Thai food a few months after my accident and had another “accident” lol and when I told my therapists they were just like “oh yeah that’s a thing”. lol that’s the kind of thing we need to learn in rehab

The smell of that tomato and the idea of onion and balsamic made Shane do a full adjust. I love the taste on the same level, even if you were just doing a normal adjust. Something about a sun rippened tomato, esp the cherry/grape ones.
Hahaha! My husband and I love watching the UA-cam channel "Hot Ones" and to try different hot sauces. Our current daily one is 1.5 million scoville units. One of my vlogs featured Carolina Reaper popcorn, and it wasn't hot enough so we put hot sauce on it 😂

If you haven’t eaten a tomato sandwich, made with a tomato pulled straight from the vine, then you haven’t lived! The recipe is: 2 slices of white sandwich bread 1 or 2 thick slices of tomato, depending on the size of the tomato Mayo Salt to taste Make yourself a sandwich with those ingredients and enjoy!
