The shadow Pac man seems like it itself could be a game on its own. It would only get faster as you advance in the levels, becoming more challenging, but not impossible like it was here.
That's kinda like the red ghosts ai already
uh. What about not getting the 2nd power pill or not get them until you get all of little ones first, then the big ones.

@Troy the Invader It would probably result in a game crash even if you do manage to collect it all, so either way, I doubt that a secret ending exists

Not a game crash, but absolutely nothing if no event is programmed to trigger after collecting all pellets
Not gonna lie, the mechanic of not seeing the ghosts unless they are in your field of view is actually a nice challenge.

I just realized the ghosts are all meant to be twisted versions of the originals and their quirks.
Blindy is like Clyde. Clyde avoids Pac and mostly wanders, catching you off guard at corners. Blindy is an extreme version of that, where he just randomly roams with no intent.
Screamy is Pinky. Pinky is incredibly fast and darts after Pac if she sees him and tries to catch him from the front. Screamy is an extreme, plain darting at you at high speeds whenever he sees you.
Slendy is like Inky. While the hardest to link to, this also makes the most sense. Slendy teleports in front of you in an unpredictable manner, likewise Inky’s movements are the least predictable of all of the ghosts since he can act like a mix of Blinky and Pinky.
OLD ONE is much like Blinky. Blinky is like a shadow, always going after Pac whenever possible. OLD ONE is very much that, phasing through the maze to chase you, without anything stopping him.
While the colors don’t line up, it is very clear that these four are meant to be more extreme versions of the classic ghosts, spookied up

What I love about this one here is the fact that it inverts your beliefs on the game. Most arcade games seem to follow the same pattern, it follows the player vs. monster format. all of these are always 1 dimensional, as to not only make it easier to produce the game but also not to break the competitiveness of the games by not implementing any and all story arcs. The entertainment of these games rely on beating as many enemies as possible as well as reaching higher levels. But what if we change the game's perspective? What if, instead of you playing as the lone soldier trying to liberate whatever world you're on from this monsters, you play as the monster, trying to constantly escape this cruel entity who finds joy into killing you because of the points you give to the entity? You feel a sense of deception, remorse, humiliation, betreyal, and fear; things that is understandable but is unbearable as a child.

when he said "wakka wakka" i actually started wheezing and nearly had an asthma attack
I discovered something weird about Slendy.. He doesn't move, you can just stay in front of him, and he won't do anything. However, if you stand in front of him for too long, he glitches into a yellow ghost, disappears, and then seconds later you become that yellow ghost and die.
How to beat the sixth level:
Save all the power pills till the end.
Once Ghost Pac comes up, it’ll take too long for him to catch you.
Checkmate.

That doesn’t work. On that level shadow Pac-Man follows your movements exactly, and the power pellets increase its speed. By the third power pellet it is faster than you. It’s not possible to clear the board before it’s speed overtakes yours.
@@michaeldebidart It does not even matter if you pick up the power pills as the ghost pacman is stilled scripted to appear and will imitate and catch up to you before you can get all the pellets. though I do wonder if you can get all the power pellets in the 3d version of the game as the normal pac man does not seem to immediate your moves and pretty much acts like blindy or a normal ghost.
N_TAG That’s actually impossible. The Shadow Pac increases his speed with the pellets, so even if you don’t eat the power pellets, he will catch up to you.
And I think he’ll catch up to you anyway, since it’d be the end of the game.

I am really disturbed by this. I know SCPs are all fictional, but I recall something like this one time in the eighties while traveling for work, and at a machine in the hotel I stayed at. This was in the Goldfields of Western Australia. I'd never seen these levels on it and they included most of the features shown here.
