So informative thanks a lot for sharing. Im looking to start my own funding but I have no idea where to start, so your video hascsent me to the right track! Big thanks!
Hey Bridger! Very nice video and I understood everything so far. I only have one question though : How do investments actually make money? Let's say that the we call money from the LPs and we make investments into Real Estate or into a company e.g. a medical company to fight off pesticides. What's the process that both the GP and LPs make money out of it? Would highly appreciate your thoughts on this one please.
It's possible to start a hybrid fund that combines strategies from hedge funds, private equity (PE), venture capital (VC), and real estate (RE). These funds are often called multi-strategy funds and offer flexibility to diversify investments across different asset classes and strategies. The structure can be complex, so consulting with a fund attorney to ensure compliance with regulations is essential
Bridger, love the content! I have been thinking of creating a private fund for real estate investing. I am intrigued by the other funds you discuss. Do I need a and of the securities licenses ti do it? 65, 7, or any others?
Thanks for the support! In many cases, starting a private real estate fund doesn’t require a securities license if it falls under exemptions like Reg D (506(b) or 506(c)). However, if the fund manager is offering investment advice or managing outside capital, licenses like the Series 65 may be needed, depending on the fund structure and state regulations. Consulting with a securities attorney is the best way to ensure compliance. This is for informational purposes only and not legal advice.
@@ViksitBharata sure, but why post new videos that says exactly the same that many previous videos did? Not hating, cool channel, but curious. Since i watched almost all of the videos it is kind of annoying to get repeat ones.
@@ViksitBharata how is that relevant? If somebody posted same formula1 videos and i complqinee, would you tell me - go build your own formula 1 team if you seen it all?
New examples for different industries, it targets different people. Got spread the word about funds to everyone! Also the previous videos are a few years old, wanted to update them
I love this channel. More detailed and in depth than anything out there. I'm 19 and it Inspires me to start my own fund in the future.
Thanks so much 🚀
I can’t believe you put so much value out there for free! So amazing

If you start a fund you can also be deemed an accredited investor and most people leave that detail out.
Love your enthusiasm !

@@bridger_pennington thank you, Bridger!
I want someone from India to explain it according to our country regulations! Will be a lot helpful
Thanks for sharing the Ray Dalio example. $100M to enter his fund, sounds crazy😅
You spoke about this multiple times already, why are you reposting the exact same content?
