If you want more pars, but struggle with solid contact, let’s focus on your clubface at impact. Is it open, square, closed? And what controls the face? Your grip, wrists and body pivot. Often referred to as match-ups. In this episode, I introduce Hack Motion. A smart way to REALLY know what your wrists are actually doing at address top of the swing and most importantly, at impact. Hack Motion is worn like a watch and pairs easily with the app to give you all the intel. It’s time to get impact solid. So, let's get to it!

The best video on hack motion and l has seen a lot. Thank you.
Great video and explanation! Simple explanation! Thank You!!!
Fantastic explanation.
This is a good one Christina. Thank you for sharing!
lol i have the same grip
And hack motion is amazing.
Amazing video,
the :10 mark until :16 mark tells me the best key to good ball striking. You start shifting to the left before you reach top of backswing. Watch it in slow motion, and its' shown plainly. That is very difficult to groove if you are an arm swinger, instead of body swinger. I struggled with it for years.
Ok let’s see if I understand. I have a strong grip and am trying to add bow at top of backswing, this creates more closure of club face and then would encourage a pull or snap hook (which I do). I should bow less at top or weaken grip. Is this correct ? By the way, love your channel 👍!!
Yes correct - add less bow at the top would be my preference if you like the strong grip. And thank you for watching!
You went from extension to flexion in the backswing, but then went back to extension at impact. Hack suggests not to have that much change in the backswing and more flexion at impact, where it’s needed.
Yes, Hack suggests minimal change. I do that to offset too much extension at impact - works like a charm.

Another extremely overpriced worthless money pit ?
I disagree. It is a fantastic device to train the wrists.
