    • @KillOnS
      @KillOnS 2 роки тому +14

      Don't overhype him, he's too inconsistent.. He also seems pretty weak in classical. Magnus at his age was 3x the player he is. Pragg will probably be better when he hits 19. He's alright, maybe even top 5 blitz players in the world, but only blitz. He's a bit overhyped

    • @robertopimenta9340
      @robertopimenta9340 2 роки тому +48

    • @varunsingla4718
      @varunsingla4718 2 роки тому +59

      @@KillOnS Even Magnus at his age was somewhere near 2810 and was seldom crushed by anand and kramnik. Alireza is not at all overhyped rather he is underhyped for what he has achieved. It was only candidates in which he performed poorly primarily due to being over aggressive in positions which required dull moves. He is just 19 and will only improve further. The guy just crossed 2900 in blitz and you are saying maybe top 5 which is just laughable. He is 73 points ahead of Magnus in blitz now. In classical too he will cross 2800 again maybe in next 6-12months. He is a force to reckon with and truly deserves the hype.
