Well as a Brit, this vid needs some comments. Wish I could have been there. The commonwealth needs to reunite.

There's actually a movement that is taking shape that accomplishes it kinda. It's called CANZUK, sadly it's missing south africa from the old empire but 4 is still great.

My understanding is that the Australian PM in 1945 was Ben Chifley, not Menzies - but great video!!

Free Ice Cream, yo I was talking today to a 95 year old veteran and he is appalled by our country now
And it had crossed his mind once or twice in the past year did his fighting mean anything

@@tuxstfilms7547 Find who pushed the university system to produce school teachers that teach gender fluidity and transgenderism are human progressive values that must be taught to five year old kids and you’ll find who had turned this country in to a pathologised bunch of wackos admiring the emperor’s new clothes. Which party is stacked with politicians that advocate this? There’s your answer.

Seemed like a great party, unbelievable relief I would think would be the overriding emotion. My father was 14 years old on this day, he has now gone to heaven, so a long time ago. I can not help but notice the commentary does not mention women's involvement, heroism or sacrifice of which there was much. Times have changed thank goodness

@@craigbeatty8565 Women played a role during the war too, especially back here in Australia. They're the ones who kept things running by filling in the roles that usually males would have when all the men ran off to fight Nazis.
