On the late night of March 2021, officers responded to a restaurant where a customer was refusing to pay for her food bill. The manager of the restaurant called 911 and informed the officers that the customer was attempting to leave without paying. When the officers arrived, the customer's friend arrived and paid for the tab but insisted on a refund, stating the food was horrible. That's when they began to harass customers of the restaurant and even bit into someone's food
