the moments that our beloved malaysian got heart attack altogether. hahahah Malaysian team maybe not the greatest one in the world but we are giving colour in the badminton scene n competitive to our opponents. the best moment. Love u all the heroes
2007 aku form 3.. time ni mmg gandingan KKK/TBH & CY/FH ni mmg dominate almost all 12 super series badminton.. lepas diorang, diorang lagi.. seminggu lepas All England ni, KKK/TBH menang lagi kat Swiss Open.. balik Malaysia berduyun orang tunggu kat airport.. dulu2 jugak aku kumpul surat kabo yg ada news pasal pasukan badminton kita.. masih simpan sampai sekarang..

They got too swollen headed after winning the gold medal at the 2006 Doha Asian Games and there after the 2007 All England.Though coached by the 1996 Olympic gold medallist Rexy Manaiky Tan Boon Heong and Koo Kien Keat did not want to seek the desire to improve further.Their hunger to win titles was not there anymore and in the post 2008 years their game stagnated whereas other pairs had improved.
Tanbh and khookk promised that if they won all england back then they would shave their head bald but they didnt do it. That was why they lost in msny tournaments after that . So they became big headed as mentioned.
@@kimmie5861 It was KKK who made that promise first. At the temple, he was advised against shaving bald, so he cut off all his blonde locks for a crew cut instead. Winning or losing tournaments is based on skills and a little luck, not on superstition. :-) Still, it would have been nice if they have honored their promises.
U do realise they become world number 1 after 2008 and still are even quite some time But it is true they didnt fulfill their true talent Kkk and tbh were too big headed to listen to coach. I mean they were world number 1

Imagine getting smashed at 400 km/h per shot, I don’t think any players can consistently handle that at all, and the Malaysians are known for their defence.
judging by your clueless comment, i doubt you've ever played badminton with pace as fast as this, doubles nowadays like to take it slow hence the time to readjust for defence. Both pairs here do not even have the time to balance their body when a smash that quick reached them. Plus, they rarely play drop shot and they liked smashing to win points which makes it difficult for them to execute their strategy. Next time step into a court and you'll know what I'm talking about 😉 Unless you're just any other cowardly keyboard warrior who hides behind a monitor all day.
@@dx5784 judging by your clueless comment, i doubt you've watched matches over the past 10 years. Have you seen Fu Haifeng kill the shuttle every time he jump smashed back in 2007. By 2010 and beyond his opponents were regularly getting those smashes back. And lol at doubles playing slow now, they play flat and fast. Next time watch more matches and you'll know what I'm talking about 😉 Unless you're just any other cowardly keyboard warrior who hides behind a monitor all day criticising without any context.
