**Ingredients**
2 Eggs
4 Pork Belly slices
1 Avocado
10g melted Butter
Pinch pepper
1 Tsp Garlic paste
1 Stoned Bake Bread Roll
60g Baby Spinach
1 Tsp Extra Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Vinegar
Bottled Hollandaise Sauce ( French Made)
Garnish
Lemon Balm
Red Radish
