Greetings from Russia, friend! I saw your review and fell in love with this knife. I was impressed and ordered myself SRM 9202 in the same version and 9203 in 10Cr15CoMoV and Micarta steel. This is the best knife!
@@TheLastRanger You can still find them in our warehouses and marketplaces. (Russia) The price is higher of course. The cheapest 9202 as in the video was found for about $24 USA. Other sellers have more than $30. Previously they cost about $20.
I want one of these, despite the poop-colored scales. :) I’m with you on the size - the older models tend to be too small, and the newer ones too big for me.
Saw the review you referenced. It seems worth trying from what I have heard. I carry big knives. My current EDC is called Goliath. It lives up to the name. To me that is an OK carry size wise. Thanks for sharing that knife.
I have been eye-balling that knife as a beater for a while...Unlike Eafengrow I have actually heard good things about SRM. Much like you, I tend to EDC smaller knives unless I am going out in the woods camping or something.

@@motoelectrician I’m glad you like it. Did you have a hard time finding it? I haven’t seen them in a while.

@@TheLastRanger 9203 with micarta handle starts at $40 on average.
I think the name you are thinking of is San Ran Mu.
Thanks for the information! 👍🏻
Gary I’m diggin that piece!!!!!!
Thanks, I was very impressed of how nice the knife is. 👍🏻
That's a lovely knife. How's it holding up after all this time?
I think that is a very nice looking knife. Never owned a SRM but heard lots of good things about them.
I read that they been around since the 1990’s but for some reason I’ve never run across them. 😂

Oh man, I like the color. 😂👍🏻
These are surprisingly nice. Great value. Really like the tanto one not sure the model.
I agree, I probably get the latest one that JT reviewed as well. Really good knives. Check out SRM’s website.

Thanks, due to the blade shape it looks more tactical. Great for maybe hard work or a hike. 👍🏻
I'm wanting to pick this up, anything with an axis style lock for me.
For me right now they seem to be on par with any well known Chinese company. I dare say Civivi even. 👍🏻
Hey Hollywood, have you seen the new FreeTiger with axis lock? How about the new CRKT with the lock on the top of the handle, forget what it’s called.
@@TheLastRanger if you look at the more expensive models, you will find out that is better than Civivi. Take a look at 1411 and 7415 models.
Looks like a very nice knife!
It is, I think it’s a good seller too. White Mountain Knives from what I gather keeps selling out.
Looks nice
Thanks for watching! 👍🏻
