@lanahungrygen I struggle with debilitating anxiety and depression and I prayed for God to show me how his word intertwines with overcoming mental health issues. Within minutes your message came across my UA-cam feed. Your message and the scripture you shared have given me the inspiration and biblical perspective to realign my approach to dealing with my mental health issues Thank you for allowing yourself to be vulnerable and sharing how God’s word helped you to transform from victim to a victorious soldier for Christ. I pray for more messages like this because the enemy has taken mental health issues and used our minds as his primary battleground.

Thank you Lana for your testimony, I struggle with depression and anxiety and I’m on medication for it. I feel weak because of having to take medication to help me through what is going on in my life. I love the Lord with all that I am. It’s true that when I am in my Bible I feel the power of God and when I’m not I’m attracted by the enemy. Please pray for me 😢🙏🏼

I love when you said don't wait for your circumstances to change before you change your mind. This is the lie we often believe. Well my life sucks because of who i live with, or because of sickness or poverty. We can't allow our minds to go drop there. God works the opposite way. He becomes our light and when the light of Christ comes into our minds we get transformed before our life gets transformed.
That was the biggest thing God taught me. If I can't change my circumstances I CAN change my perspective and keep my eyes fixed on HIM. Because he provides the fruit that only comes from His Spirit. We long for love. We long for peace. We long for joy. And these things are found in Christ alone. The world offers a cheap alternative.
I used to say once I'm out of my parents house I will be so happy or once I get married I will be healed. Once someone finally loves me I won't have extreme insecurity and be mentally struggling so much. Praise God for delivering me! It has been 7 years now of living in the fruits of His Spirit ❤❤

I've been struggling with strongholds for the past 5 months. And it's been so hard for me. I feel like giving up, and sometimes even question if God is even real. This message is so good. And it's hard to listen to but I need it!

Jesus I PRAISE you! Lord give me strength I’m struggling providing for my children. I’m so discouraged but I will keep faith because faith is all I have left! I suffer from lupus, and heart disease. I have two beautiful boys both are special needs. I’m overwhelmed because they require so much from me. Every month is a struggle to not end up on the streets. Lord help me provide for my children. Give me strength while I struggle to buy groceries and while, I struggle pay rent. Father grant me strength.

I’ve been delivered but the devil has not stopped since. I get angry with god but he has faithfully never left my side. Thankfully. The anger has never caused unbelief but sometimes I’m so very tired of it. God moves in such mighty ways. I believe I’m being built up. I believe god when he says we have authority with the Holy Spirit and many times fire 🔥 comes with prayer. Keep seeking the lord and the enemy will keep seeking you. But please never stop seeking god! Our god is bigger. I believe full restoration and a stop 🛑 of the attacks will be my future. Peeling back one stronghold at a time
