That Charger 390 is just BEGGING to be a regularly produced model! It's the perfect bolt-on counterpart to the hard-tail Warhawk 390. I am personally dying for a 390/bolt-on/hard-tail ax from Rev.
I can hand on heart verify what Ken says is true, I'm in the UK and GuitarGuitar Birmingham has started doing Reverend and every single one of them are by far the best setup guitars in the shop (any shop)....I know I tried them all. Eventually walked out with a Charger 290 in Alpine Green it's my first Reverend but it won't be my last. I'll never buy another brand again. I trust Reverend I really do
I just bought a Crosscut with its fabulous Nuevo and Huevo pickups : there is no day when I don't play it ! So I'm wondering if it's worth it to look for a P-90 equipped to team up with the Crosscut ? (HPP, or Double agent, or Jetstream 290...). ...What would you say ?

Fingers vs plectrum/pic makes a huge difference, so could you play these with picks as well? They sound great anyway.
