Many thanks for the video and help. Finally put the new o-rings back in, and re-assembled the machine. Cost $7-00 US. The Home Depot quoted me $450-00 to repair, more than a new tool.

What grease to lubricate crank and gears internally?

Can you tell me why the hammer action doesn't work. All parts look good, crank spins, but no hammer.
I use it about once a month for 10 years. The local repair company claimed it was the crank. But I opened it and every thing looks and works great. Just the hammer action feels like the hammer is only just touching the bit. More a vibration at the bit than a hammer action.
Its flat. Not much oil. I ordered o rings. How much grease inside? pistons/hammer crank area?
