In this project, the team used these WD-40 Products in their solar kart building:
Classic WD-40® Multi-Use Product and WD-40® EZ-REACH, these are some of the WD-40 Specialist® products used at #WD40SOSGoKart. 🏎💨
1. WD-40 Specialist® White Lithium Grease: See it being utilised on many metal-to-metal parts, where it reduces friction to ensure equipment run smoothly. 🛠
2. WD-40 Specialist® Contact Cleaner: Keeping connections between transformer and solar panels working perfectly. A fast-acting, non-conductive cleaner. 🔌
3. WD-40 Specialist® Degreaser: A water-based solution that quickly removes grease, oil, dirt and grime, making cleaning work faster and easier. ⚡️
4. WD-40 Specialist® Rust Remover Soak: Dissolves rust quickly, ideal for restoring rusted parts to bare metal. 🤘🏻
5. WD-40 Specialist® Chain Lube: Utilised on motorized chain to keep go-kart spinning smoothly where it provides long-lasting lubrication and protection. ⛓
6. WD-40 Specialist® Silicone: Excellent lubrication on metal, plastic, rubber and vinyl, see it being utilised on seating panels. 🏎
7. WD-40 Specialist® Corrosion Inhibitor: Much needed on go-kart frames, preventing rust and corrosion from humid weather. 🌦
