The City introduces new pay parking stations

We’ve started rolling out a new series of solar-powered parking pay stations to make paying for parking easier than ever. The new parking pay stations have coin, credit card, debit card and tap-to-pay options. With larger screens and font sizing, the new pay stations are also more accessible for users of all ages. The new stations will replace the aging on-street parking meters across the city and reduce instances of encountering jammed or broken meters.

Will the city stop polluting the environment by handing out 300,000+ PLASTIC parking tickets, many of which blow off of the recipient's windshield and end up in the envitonment?
