I mean it's what they promoted to happen with siphon and shotguns being so dominate for so long, coupled with the complete disregard for any form of skill based matchmaking. Now most of the casuals have quit, leaving marksman to mainly play with people just like him. Seems like marksman can't seem to stand playing with anyone who's half decent and wants to win yet pretty much puts 99 other people through that a regular basis and actively goes to avoid it yet tells people who get stomped to just get good. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think that the flintknock rewards players who are willing to lose a weapon slot and are accurate
Joji _V2 Nice observation, Sherlock. However, the accuracy isn’t a factor on the weapon. Its crosshairs don’t close all the way, so even if you were playing kills with it, you would have to be in range of shotguns. Its primary use is utility and movement, as to say you will use it to traverse vertically and/or horizontally with it rather than use the gun for damage to players. It’s categorized in the same way as other movement items such as rifts, redeploys, shadow bombs, and impulse grenades.

If you go to tutorials about how to get better at fortnite they always tell you to watch Pro players and most people just watch top pro players and try to replicate that because it's the safest way to play and guaranteed most of the time that they won't die
The skill of the players of Fortnite are so much higher with every passing season. It feels sweaty because there are so many skilled players now. A player that would have been good in season 4 is a bot now.
